2025 - 2027 Strategic Planning (Women's Business Network)

We supported the strategic planning process for a women’s business network facing uncertainty after the loss of key funding. At the same time, the organization was navigating its role within a larger umbrella network and addressing tension from regional outposts.

Our facilitation created space for candid conversations among leadership, surfacing issues that had previously gone unspoken. By shifting the focus from frustration to forward momentum, the process unlocked solutions-oriented thinking and helped the team move beyond a cycle of challenge-focused dialogue toward a clear, shared path forward.

Parental Leave Engagement Initiative (Legal Software)

Over a six-month engagement with a large pre-IPO software company, we explored the communication challenges at the intersection of its human-centered values and fast-paced, high-performance culture. Our focus was on the critical touchpoints of onboarding and offboarding for parental leave—moments that significantly impact both individuals and teams.

Through interviews and facilitated sessions, we examined how communication around leave could be made clearer, more empathetic, and better aligned with both employee well-being and business goals. The result was a set of actionable recommendations to support seamless reintegration without compromising productivity.

Global Communication Strategy (International Healthcare Alliance)

An international alliance focused on improving care for a devastating neurological disease approached us to strengthen global communication and collaboration. Countries in the Global South faced unique barriers, including limited research funding, language access challenges, and outdated regulations that restricted the flow of critical information and resources.

Through in-depth interviews with people living with the disease, healthcare professionals, and researchers, we uncovered key communication and resource gaps. We then designed and facilitated a cross-regional process for improving information flow, aligning messaging, and enabling

more effective knowledge sharing—ultimately supporting more equitable care worldwide.
