Sophie Babinski, Principal Consultant

I’ve held key communications roles at Canadian Tire and McGill University, and have extensive experience running programs at nonprofits and collaborating with federal and provincial governments to engage youth. I also founded Imposter Interrupted, a mentorship business designed to help young women take bold steps in their careers.

Communicating has always been my guiding light—I come from a family of communicators. My work is informed by my MA in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University, a program focused on advanced facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership development.

With this foundation, and a network of talented freelance colleagues who each bring their own specialized expertise, we offer a uniquely human-centered approach to communication, making us the perfect team to support your organization’s goals.
