Working Sessions

Who doesn't love a sticky note? Expertly designed and facilitated working sessions are our bread and butter. We are experienced in facilitating strategic planning, program design, and inter-organizational work. Some of our favourite techniques for a working session that involves making hard decisions include visioning and polarity management (seeing challenges as a balance that must be struck, rather than problems that need to be solved with one handy-dandy solution).

Diagnostic Work

Do you suspect a human-centred problem is wreaking havoc in your organization? Is the root of it unclear? Are people hesitant to speak openly about how they’re feeling at work? Is productivity and enthusiasm for the work suffering because of this unspoken cloud? Through a mix of interviews, assessments, and facilitated sessions, we help diagnose the problem and uncover what’s really going on. We offer 1:1 coaching focused on both professional and personal goals, grounded in systems thinking and our key specialty: balancing work and family life. Our coaching approach uses metaphor and creative reflection to move beyond preconceived ideas of who we are—helping clients see themselves, and their potential, in a new light.
